How to contact us in different situations

Calls – we request that calls be reserved for new client contact and time-critical communication.

Text or WhatsApp – best for all day-to-day communication that’s not time-critical.

Email – best for complicated or lengthy communication that isn’t urgent, such as training plans. Please don’t reply to the automated messages (particularly walk reports and invoices) that are sent via Pet Sitter Plus as these emails are copied to us stacked in large groups, so replies are not always visible. Please just use the relevant email address above.
